Aesthetic dentistry
This is a field of dentistry the purpose of which is to cosmetically improve our smile. Generally, it is about improving the look of our teeth (smile), but frequently - of the entire face. With the opportunities offered by today's stomatology and having equipped our offices with the state-of-the art devices and materials, we are able to improve the shape and colour of your teeth, close diastemas, straighten your teeth, improve the shape of the tooth arch. To achieve that we use various procedures:
Tooth whitening
Today white teeth are the attribute of beauty and success. The society perceives better those with a beautiful smile, who make an impression of honest and credible people. With beautiful and white teeth, people smile much more often.
Regrettably, nature did not give us all such great smiles. We frequently come across teeth with shades of yellow, brown or grey, which sometimes causes complexes. But this does not have to last - modern dentistry has found a solution to these problems. This is the whitening of teeth.
In our clinics we whiten both single, decolourized teeth (like dead teeth), and all teeth.
In our clinic you will find an absolute hit:
LASER WHITENING OF TEETH
This is a totally safe procedure, successfully used all over the world, particularly in the United States
Tooth whitening using gel
In our office we take imprints of the patient's teeth and prepare special braces, designed specifically for each individual patient. Then, one of the two procedures follows:
* The patient receives the braces, the whitening material and, after a special training, takes them home to apply the material at night (the agent bleaches teeth during sleep). The patient puts the brace with the gel on his/her teeth for the night. The sticky formula of the gel keeps it close to the entire area of the teeth for all night. The first results are visible as early as on the second day. The whole process should not last longer than two weeks. If performed under doctor's supervision, it is completely safe
* The patient has his/her teeth whitened at the clinic under strict supervision of the dentist. The whitening is much shorter as denser material is used.
The aesthetic results are permanent and the whitening process is safe. Clinical research confirms that it does not damage the structure of the enamel. During the whitening process the teeth may sometimes be more sensitive to thermal stimuli, however this passes quickly after the gel is no longer applied. The best subjects for whitening are patients with teeth that are naturally yellowish or have brownish decolourizations caused, for instance, by smoking tobacco.
