A dead tooth without the system of nerves and blood vessels is much weaker than a living tooth and must be treated in such a way that the patient could use it for many years, not only a few as every day life examples show us
In our clinics we offer you the state-of-the art. endodontic equipment used by specialists all over the world for optimal preparation and filling of root canals. During mechanical preparation of root canals we use Tri Auto ZX - a contrahead endodontic handpiece and an endometer - a device for precise measurement of canal length. We use special nickel-titan tools and so-called Ni - Ti 3rd generation tools, which boast an extremely low risk of breaking in the canal.
It is worth pointing out that manual processing will never be as good as automated, both in terms of precision and effective collection of all dead tissue pieces from the canals (which prevents returning infections inside the canals). Narrow, curved and, at the first glance, blocked root canals, do not necessarily have to mean conditional treatment of the patient or soon or even instant loss of tooth.
Patients who had their teeth treated some years ago and are now suffering from such changes on the root ends that without professional equipment would qualify for extractions only, know perfectly well the importance of endodontic treatment. We offer help to such patients and verify the root canal treatment (repeated, automated instrumentation and filling of root canals). After some time we verify the results using x-rays and we are very successful in this field. We have good results and we want to share our expertise and skills with you.
TRI AUTO ZX is the first instrument combining 3 devices in one:
Endometer - electronic apex locator capable of perfect measurement of the working length of the canal.
Micromotor with adjustable torque
Endodontic contrahead with required rotary parameters for using rotating nickel-titan instruments.
The proper preparation of root canals is not the end of the process. It is equally important to perfectly fill them up. In our clinics we use two systems delivering thermosoftened gutta percha fillings: Obtura II and System B, ensuring the most effective and precise filling of root canals in modern endodontics.
